Guarantee your place in history this New Year's Eve.  Sold out seven years in a row, our New Year's Eve package is the most popular in Gettysburg.  Relax in one of our traditional rooms or luxurious suites before enjoying a five course meal in our historic Grand Ballroom.   Get ready to celebrate with two drink coupons per person and dance to "The Colgan Hirsh Band" playing a wide variety of music.   Toast with Champagne at Midnight and enjoy a spectacular fireworks display and activies on the Square at Midnight.  Conclude your stay with a late checkout on New Year's Day at Noon.

Your Five Course meal begins with assorted Hors d'oeuvres including Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Brie & Raspberry.   Your second course is Winter Greens with Watercress, roasted Mandarin Oranges & Cranberry Vinaigrette.  Refresh your pallete with our third course, Lemon Sorbet.   Our main course is a duet plate of Angus Filet of Beef and Petite Lobster Tail with Winter Vegetables and Tarragon Roasted Potatoes.  Complete your dining experience with a dessert trio of Petite Black Forrest Cake, a Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and Cheesecake with Sugared Almonds.

Upon arriving at the historic Best Western Gettysburg hotel, enjoy a custom label Adams County vintage with souvenir glasses and a sampling of cubed meats, cheeses, crackers and fruit in front of your gas fireplace before dining on the Chef’s specialties at the Centuries on the Square restaurant or McClellan's Tavern.  Cap the night in your Jacuzzi bath then start fresh the next morning with a full breakfast buffet before taking a drive through the picturesque rolling hills of Adams County as you head out to Adams County Winery.
