There is something very special about spending Halloween in Gettysburg! Maybe it is the ghost tours, the quaintness, the historical charm or one of the last chances to see the gorgeous fall foliage before it is completely gone. Whatever the reason for your visit, there are some fun things going on this weekend…
Last Weekend for the Downtown Gettysburg Farmer’s Market:
Visit the Square this Saturday for the last Gettysburg Farmer’s Market of the season! Enjoy some Adams County Apples and other fresh, ,local, harvest produce. 7am -noon.
Trick or Treat on Our Street at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg:
This is a great activity for the kids (and Mom and Dad can do some shopping too!) The participating stores at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg will have trick or treat on Halloween evening from 4:00-6:00pm for children 12 and under accompanied by an adult. Don’t forget – Freedom Transit offers a line from from downtown Gettysburg to the Outlets! Leave the driving to them.
