The Menu:
Your Five Course meal begins with assorted Hors d’oeuvres including Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Brie & Raspberry. Your second course is Winter Greens with Watercress, roasted Mandarin Oranges & Cranberry Vinaigrette. Refresh your pallete with our third course, Lemon Sorbet. Our main course is a duet plate of Angus Filet of Beef and Petite Lobster Tail with Winter Vegetables and Tarragon Roasted Potatoes. Complete your dining experience with a dessert trio of Petite Black Forrest Cake, a Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and Cheesecake with Sugared Almonds.
