Mother’s Day is this Sunday, May 8th! There are a number of shops in Gettysburg that offer beautiful items that Mom would enjoy. If you’re looking for handmade jewelry, try checking Foxxy Moxxy, True Friends Boutique, the Bluebrick Gallery and the Spirited Ladies Shoppe. These deliciously scented body products (this is sweet mint!!) are from a BRAND NEW SHOP in downtown Gettysburg on Baltimore St. called Lark! I will be spotlighting the store in another post.

She uses a copper foil technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the 1800's. The colorful stained, embossed and iridized glass is used along with a lead-free solder.
