This Friday, April 6th, Gettysburg is celebrating Earth Day with an eco-themed First Friday! The weather forecast is showing nothing but sunny skies. First Friday is the perfect opportunity to spend an evening in downtown Gettysburg and check out all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and attractions our small town has to offer. There will even be LIVE MUSIC on Lincoln Square brought to you by The Adams County Relay for Life “Paint the Town Purple.” The grand prize drawing for April is a $75 gift certificate to The Pike. Celebrate at The Spirited Ladies Shoppe:

To celebrate April’s Earth Day, Sweeet! Candy Shop will be handing out a free chocolate earth ball to every visitor and offering 10% off Mix and Match section – over 120 items from chocolate to taffy to sour to sweet! Something for everyone!
Recycle at Gettysburg Gift Center:
Bring a large box or trash bag filled with clean packing materials to 297 Steinwehr Ave. and they will give you a gift voucher for 20% off in their gift shop or a VIP pass for the museum.
