One Lincoln’s 150 Anniversary Grab N’ Go & Drink Specials

It’s here! It’s here! The 150th Anniversary Celebration is underway. While I’m writing this post, re-enactors have started to descend on Gettysburg in period garb and our little town is abuzz with activity. It’s going to be ten days filled with events of nearly every flavor, and it’s exciting to see all the area merchants and retailers pulling things together to make this anniversary celebration really special for everyone visiting. I’ve already seen license plates from as far away as Minnesota and North Dakota driving around town.
The Evening Sun has been live-blogging the festivities, showcasing the re-enactment events on the battlefield.
I won’t list out and highlight all of the events here, but I will definitely encourage you to check out the 150th Anniversary website for a complete listing of events, special celebrations and film screenings.
One Lincoln has some specials and grab n’ go breakfast and lunch meals options to make it super easy for you to fuel up before heading out the Battlefield and surrounding areas to enjoy this fun-filled ten day celebration. Located right on the Square in Gettysburg, One Lincoln’s food is best described as “casual comfort” — but I just call it “good”.
I love that they’ve introduced this option during the Anniversary celebration! I can grab a quick breakfast and head out for the day to enjoy as much history and excitement as I can cram into one day.
