First Friday, Gettysburg Style

On the first Friday of each month, Gettysburg businesses offer special events and refreshments during extended hours. Approximately 45 businesses throughout Historic Gettysburg participate by hosting special receptions, guest artists and authors, sales and later business hours.
When visiting, look for the First Friday banner at participating Gettysburg area shops, galleries and restaurants.

Theme: March Into Spring
For march Chef Holmes is thrilled to be presenting Tossed Spring Greens, Garden vegetables, spicy pecans, and honey dressing to signal the impending beginning of spring. In addition, a tasty libation by all accounts. the Bay Breeze (2 oz. vodka, ½ cranberry, ½ pineapple juice) will be featured during the First Friday events.

With April comes the quintessential springtime rite of passage, MLB Opening Day! Our salute to the national pastime on April 4th’s First Friday includes hot dogs & toppings, Cracker Jacks & peanuts as well as ice cold beer!
