The Gettysburg Hotel has once again partnered with Susquehanna Style Magazine as one of your destinations on the Path of Pints, a craft beer adventure taking you throughout the Susquehanna Valley. One Lincoln Food & Spirits has an impressive ten tap system that rotates constantly. In addition to a few standards, we are always pouring two light beers, two seasonal options, two IPAs and one hard cider.

We sat down with our soon to be famous Mixologist and Restaurant Manager, Peter Bales, for a little more insight on craft beers and their growing popularity.

“Unlike the major distributors, craft beers come from smaller breweries and most of the brands we carry are locally owned and operated. These breweries use large amounts of hops and malts and tend to have a higher alcohol content and richer flavor. The depth of flavors and mix of textures is endless and is drawing quite the crowd of curious connoisseurs.”

He continued:

“The tap system in One Lincoln is ever changing and often features sample beers from our local craft breweries. Stop in often and try what we’ve got because sometimes, once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.”

And don’t think that the options are exhausted if you’ve tried everything we offer on tap. With almost endless bottled varieties, we continuously feature a wide assortment of Pennsylvania favorites, including Tröegs Brewing Company based in Hershey and Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown.

Whatever your palette, we are sure to have something to tempt your taste buds and the perfect entrée to pair with your selection.
