For many of us, it is a tradition each January to come up with a few ways we can better our lives. In fact, according to a study published by, over 60% of us admit to making New Year’s resolutions. It is a natural time to make a change and press the “reset” button.  Here are four ways that our hotel is working to help guests stick with and achieve their New Year’s resolutions.

Start with a monthly budget that you can follow regularly.  Be intentional about checking your bank and credit card statements to know exactly how much you’re spending each month. Take a look your the auto payments and subscriptions in order to cancel any that you do not need.
