  • At the end of each academic year, Gettysburg College Facilities Services and the United Way of Adams County coordinate the Give It Up for Good Sale, a massive reuse campaign that benefits the United Way. Students donate reusable items as they move out in May and everything is sold for below-thrift-store prices to benefit the United Way. Through its first five years, the sale has raised nearly $60,000 for the United Way and removed approximately 100 tons from the waste…
